Onyx is run by Rosie – Rosie got into fitness and exercise when she was training as a dancer, although dance was a fun, expressive way of moving your body, she found that going to the gym and training her body in different ways that she fell in love with seeing progress through becoming stronger and fitter. She is passionate about helping people find a form of exercise that you love and that works for you. You’re in good hands, there is no judgement here. The beauty of exercise is that there are so many different forms, so we are here to help you on your journey to find the right exercise that fits you as an individual.
