We offer 1-1 personal training or group training up to 4 people. These sessions are designed to work towards any goals you're wanting to achieve. Learn to move your body with the correct form and technique with the guidance of a personal trainer. Building your confidence with exercise as you go. Not only will you have the push of a trainer in your 1 hour sessions but also a tailored programme to follow outside of your sessions to assist with achieving your goals. This includes nutrition guidance which will be personal to you and what you need.
You can buy 1 off sessions, pay as you go, we also offer blocks of 5 or 10 at a discounted rate.

Online coaching can be a more affordable way to achieve your goals under guidance. We will set some goals, and create a programme to work towards achieving them. Your programme can be gym workouts or home workouts, don't worry if you don't own any equipment there are plenty of body weight exercises that work strength & fitness. You will also get nutritional guidance, this will vary on what works for you, your problem areas and what your goals are. You will have weekly check ins to make sure you're on track and happy with your progress.  With the online coaching you can pay weekly direct debit or for a block number of weeks.
